∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all customer wise bonding developments & production level troubleshooting
∎ Establish new bonding production plant with standard process & proper awareness to the plant team to cater all the bonding related styles
∎ Ensure to use IE as a tool in developing and driving the technical process to improve /implement the methods to adapting new technology related bonding
∎ Maintain bonding process, SOP development and operation standardization and conduct training & development program across the plants to strengthen the plant level bonding knowledge
∎ Inspire & groom the team members to achieve excellence
∎ New pattern development & carryout pattern alterations according to the customer request recorded
∎ Research customer requirement, products & innovative technologies to offer newness to the customer
∎ Communicate with the customers & suppliers on technical conversations & give solutions
∎ Drive innovative project to commercialize alternative tech to replace current bonding
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ The candidate should have experience in the field of overall bonding/pattern development, technical and technologist.
