∎ MBA/ Masters in Marketing (Educational requirements will be relax able for highly experienced candidates)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ An eligible person who can directly work on sales of Flat and Shop independently.
∎ Need to achieve given sales target.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Must be capable of generating own enquiries and close deals independently.
∎ Must be committed self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Plan fortnightly for regular activities i.e. phone call to prospects & clients, external & internal visit.
∎ Generate new customers for increasing data bank as per instruction
∎ Keep regular communication with existing clients of the company for future prospect generation.
∎ Maintain reports and daily work schedules.
∎ Assist other team members/executives in daily execution of works.
∎ All Bank related works
∎ Factory maintenance
