Job Context:
∎ SETU is a national level organization in Bangladesh having special consultative status with UN Economic & Social Council (ECOSOC) and observer status with United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD). SETU has been working with 1.80 lac families on Microfinance, water & sanitation, education, health, climate change, entrepreneur development in 16 districts of Khulna, Rajshahi & Dhaka division for last 40 years. The organization is registered with MRA. Micro credit program of SETU is being financed by PKSF and Financial Institutes. Applications are invited from the candidates for the under-mentioned posts who are willing to work at grassroot level with marginalized people through ensuring qualitative status of program.
∎ Work Station: SETU Kushtia office; extensive field visit is required.
∎ Terms and conditions:
∎ The candidate needs to ride motorcycle.
∎ The appointed candidate will be entitled to festival bonus, CPF, gratuity, daily lunch bill and other benefits.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have to be confident to lead total SETU Micro Finance Program's audit department independently in all SETU's working areas.
∎ Provides management, oversight and leadership to the audit teams to keep audits on track and ensure quality work.
∎ Performs most routine audit, review and compilation engagement procedures in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Develops and implements audit manual/policy that address the audit objectives.
∎ Responsible for supervise, perform operational and financial audits according to the annual audit plan
∎ Checking SETU Micro Finance Program's all unit transaction and balances carefully and report immediately
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual audit report
∎ Prepare any other duties as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Candidates with CA (CC) or any relevant professional degree/certificate will get preferences;
∎ Training in Financial Management will be treated as extra quality;
∎ Experience in using AIS & MIS tools of microfinance will get preference;
∎ Good operating skills of Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS Word) with software operation and reporting will be treated as essential skills; and
∎ Required to have excellent communication skills.
∎ Minimum 03 years relevant experience in the development organization.
Salary:
∎ Salary & Allowances: Consolidated Tk. 41,250/- (BDT forty one thousand two hundred fifty) per month and other admissible benefits as per organization rules.
