Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, lead, and supervise internal audit activities in line with organizational policies and audit standards.
Review and verify all types of bills, vouchers, and financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Conduct audits on purchase processes, bills of exchange, bank reconciliations, and other financial transactions.
Prepare audit reports, including physical market verification reports, for management review and decision-making.
Perform and oversee inspections of cash, receivables, payables, and physical inventory.
Evaluate accounting systems and operational processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
Coordinate with operational teams to address audit findings and ensure implementation of corrective actions.
Conduct factory-level audits, including inventory checks, production capacity assessment, and raw material consumption analysis.
Ensure proper implementation of internal control systems, policies, and procedures through regular monitoring and evaluation.
Lead and develop the audit team by assessing performance, identifying training needs, and arranging necessary training programs.
Maintain organized audit documentation and records for future reference and compliance purposes.
Participate in special audits and perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
