∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ • Graduate Degree/ BBA/ MBA in Marketing from reputed Public / Private University with having good academic result.

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Required Assistant Manager / Manager, those who experienced in Garment Accessories Marketing
∎ • Responsible for overall Sales & Marketing
∎ • Should be prepared to accept challenges of target oriented sales in the competitive market.
∎ • Must be able to handle buyer and day-today Marketing, Merchandising operations, & Customer Service.
∎ • Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods.
∎ • Carry out any other jobs as assigned from management time to time.
∎ • Develop specific market analyses for input into the development of the annual market plan and execution thereof.
∎ • Develop the marketing and large/key account management plans and processes to deliver.
∎ • Defining and developing new business and work processes.
∎ • Understand local industries, customers and competition and meet the demand of the customers.
∎ • Make operational decisions around marketing campaigns, account pricing and new product introduction.
∎ • Accountable for development of Marketing communications strategy and implementation of marketing communications activities in line with the budget allocations
∎ • Develop commercialization plans to ensure effective implementation
∎ • Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time
∎ • Motivate sales team to get the work done & achieve the given sales target.
∎ • Monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual and group targets.
∎ • Prepare daily and monthly report as required by management.
∎ • Make a list of Target Clients/Companies.
∎ • Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies.
∎ • Monitoring competitor activity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Excellent Communication (written & spoken) skill in English.
∎ • Handling Customer Complain & Ensure Customer Satisfaction
∎ • Deep understanding of business to business product marketing
∎ • Latest marketing and sales instruments knowledge in order to drive innovation
∎ • 3-4 years of work experience in marketing and sales (experience in Garments Accessories will get priority).
∎ • Experience in foreign company country of Foreign company Bd.
Salary: Negotiable
