FMCG Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure local sales of the bulk commodities (Wheat/ Maize/ Rice/ Sugar/ Fertilizer & Other Bulk Commodities).
∎ Create the customers, dealers in the local market of the bulk commodities and sell among the whole sellers/retailers/dealer and corporate customers.
∎ Achieve the monthly Sales target through comprehensive drive by creating customer cluster.
∎ Prepare sales plan, ensure achievement of sales target for the team and lead team of members.
∎ Develop and implement sales & marketing strategy for growth and achievement of sales target of the company.
∎ Conducting market research and monitoring competitor activities.
∎ Vet all import documents and ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
∎ Ensure Timely Resolution of Issues.
∎ Communication with forwarder & C & F agent.
∎ Liaison with Various Counter parties for Trade Related Confirmation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have Sales & Marketing experience in Bulk Commodities & Agro products.
∎ Possess superior problem solving and analytical as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills;
∎ Must be willing to travel anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Must be well conversant & fluent in English both in writing and speaking. Must have adequate knowledge in e-mailing/internet browsing.
