∎ MBA/ BBA graduates (Major in Marketing) from any renowned university.
∎ Education Qualification can be compromised only for highly potential Candidates with Garments ERP Sales Experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Garments/Textiles ERP sales Experience mandatory
∎ Able to work on Target base sales and Marketing
∎ Create, implement and be accountable for the company's marketing strategy, working closely with the Top Management and the Sales team.
∎ Undertake, critically analyze and react to marketing research exercises as required.
∎ Identify and implement tactical marketing initiatives in response to market circumstances.
∎ Manage the day-to-day marketing activity and marketing projects in companies own CRM.
∎ Manage directly and strategically all social media channels .
∎ Manage and be accountable for the agreed marketing budget.
∎ Oversee and manage the development and maintenance of the company's website /Marketing blog.
∎ Ablity to work as a team leader or team member
∎ Attend Various Customer events. Developing marketing materials to generate sales leads.
∎ Delivering presentations to the clients.
∎ Monitoring current market trends and update strategy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent writing, verbal and presentation skill both Bangla and English.
∎ Effective and efficient time management organizational skills.
Salary: Negotiable
