Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
∎ Chemistry/Textile backgrounds are preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement quality management system in the laboratory as per ISO 17025 .
∎ Responsible for Lab accreditation process with BAB/NABL.
∎ Reviewing & maintaining all documents and record in the lab as per ISO 17025 requirements.
∎ Responsible for corrective action, root cause analysis.
∎ Taking pro-active to identity opportunities for improvement.
∎ Responsible to implement any new test method and process.
∎ Review of the validation data and calibration of all instrument and plan schedule for calibration and validation.
∎ To improve the technical support and address and operational issue.
∎ Identity, initiate and evaluation training activities for laboratory staff including sampling.
∎ To follow up the technical staff follows latest version of the test standard.
∎ Communication to all level to ensure the all activities.
∎ Ensuring that confidentially and integrity is maintained at all times in the laboratory.
∎ Ensure that implemented the correction action.
∎ Identifying of Non-Conformance in testing activities.
∎ Monitoring the TAT and reporting to Lab Manager
∎ Any other tasks assign by superior/management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good verbal and written communication & Presentation skills both in Bangla & in English.
∎ Should have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels
∎ The ability to prioritize work and to work well under pressure
∎ The capability to work with numerical information, plus analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Diplomatic approach and the confidence to provide support to high-profile company staff and board members
∎ Management skills
∎ Must have to certified training on ISO 17025 .
∎ Must have experience on Lab Accreditation Certification with BAB/NABL.
∎ Must have practical experience to Implement requirements as per ISO 17025.
