∎ As the Manager & Asst. Manager, Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for partnering up with the Engineering team to execute local marketing plans, client out-reach as well as drive customer acquisition and overall company growth. The role is best suited for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, team player with excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla and has previous experience of working in corporate sales or marketing for IT companies especially in voice-data products, Telecommunications, or related fields. Experience of preparing tender documents will be given added preference.
∎ **Upon on-boarding, you will be provided with a brief training in order to get you acquainted with the current product line and solutions, on-going projects and clientele.
∎ Job Location: posted at Dhaka with occasional travelling throughout Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze competitive marketing environment and find out the trends and opportunities for sales
∎ Gather customer and market insights to build outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
∎ Build and execute marketing plans and campaigns best suited to local market needs
∎ Align and work with engineering and sales teams to generate a pipeline to drive key business priorities supported by key marketing initiatives
∎ Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with key stakeholders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
∎ Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking, measuring, analysis, and optimize accordingly aligned with budget management
∎ Build and maintain long term relationships with clients so that there is an inbuilt trust and loyalty
∎ Commit to personal development and learning through trainings/workshops on regular intervals
∎ Provide direction, motivation & training to marketing team members for ensuring optimum performance and take corrective actions
∎ Act as a brand ambassador and social media advocate for the company
