Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define, develop, maintain and estimate the sequence of the business development activities.
∎ Monitoring, reporting, analyzing and managing the risks of the market growth of beauty product.
∎ Collaborate with team and ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Excellent knowledge about beauty product.
∎ Managing reports and necessary documentation to higher management.
∎ Must be a good team player and can be alliance along with the co-workers.
∎ Needs to monitor and analyze both expenditures and team performance.
∎ Perform any other work as assigned by the management.
∎ Must be able to coordinate and supervise the work of our beauty care product business
∎ Coordinate in-office & external training program.
∎ Manage content creation process and strategy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Beauty Care Knowledge
∎ Organizing and motivating a project team
∎ Activity and resource planning
∎ Experience in business development
∎ Ability to Work under Pressure
∎ Very strong in writing & communication skills in English & Bangla.
∎ Brand marketing, digital marketing knowledge.
