Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc. or equivalent.
∎ M.Sc. in Project management is highly preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain cost control by monitoring monthly actual expenditure with actual works done.
∎ Ensure that all indents for procurement of materials are in conformity both in respect of desired quality & quantity of works that are actually required as per works program for the month.
∎ Coordination with head office and other relevant departments
∎ Ensure quality of works being maintained at highest level.
∎ Meeting with the team members and motivate them to contribute their efforts for timely completion of the project in a most cost-effective way.
∎ Establish specifications, standards and procedures for executing the desired project particularly with respect to planning, scheduling and cost controlling and secure agreement from higher levels of supervision to proceed with implementation.
∎ Continuously review the scope for improvement in project management processes and project performance, based on lessons learned and recommending changes where necessary.
∎ Update tracking of project budgets, determine cash flow of construction works and monitor financial performance of projects to ensure best quality of work is provided within cost constraints.
∎ Maintain a cost control system throughout the project, providing regular financial updates to the development team and Project leader. Ensure sound financial project management including accurate budget forecasts to completion, cash flows and financial tracking of key accounts.
∎ Ensure lessons learnt workshops and documentation is prepared and made available for the benefit of future projects.
∎ Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders, and escalate to management as needed.
∎ Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
∎ Ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of monthly reporting and earned value analysis.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 46 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Management
∎ Effective written and verbal communication in English including good presentation skill.
∎ Proficiency in use different kinds of project management tools & software.
∎ Knowledge on construction techniques and materials
∎ Leadership and people management skills
