Key Responsibilities
Set and achieve monthly student recruitment and business development targets.
Develop and implement cold-calling and follow-up strategies to generate new leads.
Supervise, train, and mentor a team of student counselors.
Oversee the entire student journey — from counseling, file opening, and admissions to visa processing, ticketing, and post-admission support.
Ensure accurate information and excellent customer service are delivered to every student.
