We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic marketing and sales Executive & Manager who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate industry/Hotel & Resort/Agro finance Company. This candidate should have at least 3 to 8 years of proven experience in marketing Properties, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.

• Lead and manage the sales & marketing activities of the company.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Conduct market research and analyze competitors’ activities.

• Develop effective sales and marketing strategies.

• Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team.

• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

• Selling all Land Share and Project product of probashi Resort & Agro Industries Ltd.

• Address client concerns, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction

• T/A,Mobile bill,Performance incentives.

• Salary Review: Yearly
