Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops a sales strategy and develops a business plan for the organization such that it maximizes profits.
∎ Prepares a plan of execution for a team to achieve profit targets.
∎ Should provide feedback to superior authorities on a regular basis.
∎ Research on the market and the competitors & initiate new marketing techniques.
∎ Study the competition and come up with an effective plan to make the product of the organization superior.
∎ Maintain effective communications with the top management& the buyers & all executives.
∎ Report work place details to the top management accordingly.
∎ Keeping the top management updated about the happenings of the work place.
∎ Hand over works to executives accordingly for effective result oriented results
∎ Leader in all the campaigns in the promotions of any services and product.
∎ Motivate the team in order to delegate all the tasks within minimum time for effective team work.
∎ Doing best planning for the whole year of marketing activities that has a direct effect to Company's products and services in order make a better promotion.
∎ Do reporting to the top management of the Company about Sales plans before it will be executed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Garments Labels selling.
