Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience in Land Project Development & Handover.
∎ Developing an annual Sales Plan and providing quarterly and monthly updates.
∎ Ensure team sales activities by the implementation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly action plan and evaluate with top management.
∎ To Lead, Train and Support his Team for generating Revenue through new Sale.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution.
∎ The incumbent has to visit corporate client.
∎ To Attend Prospects Call, answering their Inquiries ensure project visit for new sales.
∎ Ensure and maintain proper record keeping of all sales activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ More than 6-year(s) experience in Sales & Marketing in Real Estate Business.
∎ Well-groomed, energetic & able to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Hardworking and positive attitude towards responsibilities.
∎ Computer literacy.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills.
