Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Designing, Drafting, Operator (CADD), Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting Consultant planner in developing creative and original planning solutions to satisfy all parties authority and stakeholders.
∎ Assisting Consultant planner in collaborating with stakeholders and other interested parties and negotiating with developers and other professionals.
∎ Assisting in researching and understanding planning policies to guide desired development.
∎ Supervising field survey.
∎ Ensuring processing and analysis of survey outcomes.
∎ Preparing different plans such as Land-use plan, Transport plan, Drainage and Environment plan, etc.
∎ Designing layouts and drafting design statements.
∎ Preparing maps using information technology systems such as CAD & GIS.
∎ Writing reports that contain recommendations or explain detail regulations
∎ Any other assignment by the management from time to time;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Land use planning and designing to be done;
∎ The purchase plan for handing over purpose to be determined;
∎ Compliance approval papers to be prepared for approval of the project;
∎ Each of the project feasibility is to be done before starting;
Salary: Negotiable
