∎ Maintain a positive attitude, even during busy periods. Stay calm and composed, and handle any customer concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
∎ Engage with our customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Take the time to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations
∎ We need to be smart and hardworking as a team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have experience in Coffee Shop Management.
∎ Chinese Speaker Get Preference (Chinese Company)
∎ Good Communication Skills in English.
∎ Self-Motivated
