Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Post graduate/ DVM / Graduation in poultry science
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for strategic planning, target setting and implementing of setting target.
∎ Strictly follow, sells target which will be set by the management for execution.
∎ Prepare inclusive monthly, quarterly and yearly execution plan to achieve the target which would be set by the management.
∎ As a senior member of team, they will be responsible for team building and work as a team and follow the instruction of their supervisors.
∎ Design training for staff a require stakeholders.
∎ Provide technical, motivational and mental support to the team as well as clients.
∎ Regular follow up and monitoring the team to include new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Have ability to deliver efficient, effective and productive guidelines to lead multiple area at a time.
∎ Always try to keep your commitment to your clients and management.
∎ Identify team member's weakness and ensure proper motivation and suggestion to overcome the weakness.
∎ Must ensure quality of service to the dealer's as well as farmers.
∎ Able to handle clients and satisfy them with set service polices of the company.
∎ Receive client's feedback and share with supervisor to resolve the issues.
∎ Execute all marketing activities as per the set plan and policies the organization.
∎ Always keep update team report, record and provide to management as per guidelines.
∎ Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the management.
∎ Have mentality to frequently visit to responsible field area for ensuring better performance.
∎ Report writing and computer skill is essential.
∎ Always work with honesty, sincerity and punctuality
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 to 12 years in poultry, cattle & fish feed sells and marketing.
