• Age 27 to 40 years

• 4–5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL techniques.
• Hands-on experience with multiple database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Advanced expertise in Tableau (Desktop, Prep, Cloud, and Server).
• Proven track record of Tableau Server deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting (Windows & Linux).
• Strong problem-solving and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects and lead an analytics team of analysts.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data warehousing and Tableau deployment.
• Experience with scripting/automation tools (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
• Exposure to other BI tools (Power BI, Qlik) is a plus.

• Lead BI projects end-to-end for multiple clients across different industries.
• Design, build, and manage data warehouses from diverse operational databases and technology stacks.
• Develop and implement ETL pipelines to integrate and transform client data.
• Work with clients to gather KPI/business requirements and develop Tableau dashboards aligned with their needs.
• Deploy Tableau solutions: Tableau Cloud setup & management, Tableau Server deployment and administration (Windows/Linux).
• Perform maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Tableau Server, ensuring system stability, scalability, and performance.
• Guide, mentor, and supervise a team of junior analysts across different analytics projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Provide ongoing client support and manage analytics team deliverables.
