Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To coordinate sales and business development initiatives and integrate Sales processes across the company in the assigned account.
∎ Strategize and prepare plans and execute them effectively in search of sales leads and prospects to build healthy pipeline
∎ Provide executive level presentations at high-stake meetings with prospects, customers, senior management, and other stake holders
∎ Recommend creative selling techniques and strategies based on market and product knowledge
∎ Assists in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional plans as needed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience in ERP/ BI Solution would be an added advantage.
∎ Above average computer literacy and English Language proficiency.
∎ A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
∎ Good networking capabilities, communication and negotiating skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and effectively in complex situations.
∎ Ability to perform and thrive in a multinational, multicultural, multidisciplinary environment & Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the Organization.
∎ Candidate should have the mentality on mobility of the local market & overseas.
∎ Most importantly A proven leadership and ability to drive and coordinate work between cross functional and multinational teams
