∎ Masters in any subject (preferably in marketing/business administration)
∎ Educational qualification is relaxed for more experienced person.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead and monitor the Sales Team and evaluate their regular performance.
∎ To develop the members of sales team by inspiring, motivating and encouraging for better outcome.
∎ To collect sufficient market information, tracking of competition strategies & activities to recommend necessary measures.
∎ Visiting market frequently and building relationship with stakeholders for smooth sales operation.
∎ To contact regularly with distributors, wholesalers and depot's owner to ensure a seamless distribution of products.
∎ To maximize profitability and sales growth through responsible leadership.
∎ To prepare of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports for the management;
∎ To perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 12-20 year(s) experience in related field.
∎ Working experience in Rajshahi, Rangpur, Khulna and Barishal Division is mandatory.
∎ Working experience in any reputed food & beverage industry will be given preference.
∎ Must have good command in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point (English & Bengali).
∎ Must be self motivated, ingenuous, energetic and able to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
