Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and follow up production quality and quality control system.
∎ Find problems in yarn and make root cause analysis of defects.
∎ Resolve manufacturing problems, offering on sight solutions during the inspections
∎ Solve instant problem and take to preventive action.
∎ Ensure those problems related to the quality of the yarn are solved within the planned timeline so that lead time dates are always met.
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the yarn.
∎ Setting Q.A team, motivate them by counseling, train them as necessary to ensure that targets are achieved.
∎ Setting QA/QC compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Weekly/monthly meeting with team and discuss about continuous improvement, reducing defect rate and smooth working flow.
∎ Maintain records pertaining to Inspection Reports, Audits, and Test Results & QA Planner/Activity. Timely & periodic distribution of the reports generated based on the data maintained.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 7 years in a 100% export-oriented yarn manufacturing industry.
∎ Should have very good command in English.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
