Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ LLB will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Conflict management, facility management, Negotiation Skills, Problem solving and decision making, Team management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Corporate Affairs, Fleet management, Guest Management, Industrial Relations, Public Relation, Security Management, Travel management, Wastage management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct and monitor plant Administration support services to ensure that services are effective, customer oriented and efficient to support smooth operations. Example of services are housekeeping, gardening, transportation, event management etc.
∎ Administer and maintain compliance and labor policies. Handle internal and external social compliance, labor and security audits. Ensure that corrective actions are taken with respect compliance with relevant regulations, company policy and law of the land
∎ Administer contracts and services being acquired and ensure that terms and conditions are effective to deliver requirement, lead negotiation with service providers to ensure cost effective and under the budget
∎ Achieve administrative financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
∎ Arrangement of Passport, VISA, Travel & Protocol Services Expat Documentations and management
∎ Maintaining records and updating of all registration, certification and renewals
∎ Manage and implement operational plans focused on the delivery of labor and employee relations programs (i.e. engagement surveys, engagement plans, focus groups, committee meetings, recognition etc.)
∎ Lead discussion, investigations and facilitate decisions on routine through defined procedure to solve complex grievances, arbitrations and contractual matters
∎ Arrangement & Monitoring of Catering Service, Wastage management and Sales
∎ Multiple stakeholder management which requires coordination, alignment, transparent communication and strong relationship building skills.
∎ Semi management recruitments, leveraging different forums and provide innovative solutions.
∎ Deal with external government bodies in ethical framework and manage institutional relations and challenges and align compliances internally.

∎ Ex Army Personnel Preferred (Minimum Major Rank)
