∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and execute audit plans focusing on building electrical and fire safety across corporate offices, factories, and construction project sites. Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and best practices in fire and electrical safety.
∎ Perform audits on building, electrical, and fire safety standards, identifying non-conformities and areas for improvement in line with Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defense guidelines, BNBC codes, and international standards like NFPA.
∎ Prepare detailed audit reports, summarizing findings and suggesting corrective actions. Communicate reports to relevant departments to facilitate necessary safety requirements and supporting corrective actions in fire and electrical safety standards.
∎ Monitor and assess the effectiveness of corrective actions taken to address audit findings. Ensure continuous improvement in safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and adherence to international standards.
∎ Support the creation and update of policies, SOPs, checklists, registers, and reports related to building, electrical, and fire safety.
∎ Conduct training and awareness sessions for employees and management on compliance, fire, and electrical safety requirements.
∎ Support IMS-ISO Audit (ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001); Social compliance audits (SA 8000, BSCI, WRAP, Sedex-SMETA); and supply chain security audit.
∎ Work closely with Corporate, Operation and Project Teams to address safety and compliance issues and implement sustainable practices within IMS-ISO and ESG Sustainability Frameworks.
