∎ At least 5 years of Experience from any Caps and Hats (Head Wear) manufacturing industry.
∎ Should have capability to be action oriented and will be responsible for all aspects of the company business concerning Design and Development , Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing , Accounts & Finance and to work closely with all staff for the company for profitable operations.
∎ The applicant must be correspond independently with Head Office in Korea.
∎ Fluency in Korean (both in Speaking and Written) is Necessity.
∎ At least 5 years of Experience from any Caps and Hats (Head Wear) manufacturing industry.

∎ Implement operational Strategies as per Company’s Strategic Business Plans.
∎ To ensure that the products produced and sold to clients are of high quality in accordance with the Company Quality Policies.
∎ Overall Responsibilities of Raw Material Section and timely purchasing, utilization, accusation, maintenance and efficient utilization of the company’s physical assets.
∎ Plan and Monitor process of projects scheduled on the Business Action Plan.
∎ Authorize all legal Documents.
∎ Monitor and Control the Company’s Quality Management System.
∎ Monitor and Control Stock Levels
∎ Plan and Schedule work so that Clients Expected Delivery times are met.
∎ Any other Duties by the Board of Directors.
∎ Job Context: To ensure the company profitability in operating independently in an ethical manner to fulfill the objectives of the Shareholders, Customers and Staff.
∎ Job Location: Subondi (Natun Nagar), Dhamsona, Ashulia, Dhaka.
