Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Masters/ MBA (HRM) from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Preparation and Maintenance of personal files of all personnel in the factory.
∎ Inspect the office management services as a routine matter to ensure proper implementation and management of the services.
∎ Formulate and implement HR and Compliance related plan, policy, procedure and guidelines.
∎ Ensure that proper staffing levels are in place.
∎ Coordinate and conduct training and counseling/motivation of employees.
∎ Provide support on staff development activities of all categories of staffs.
∎ Plan to forecast manpower demand and ensure timely supply at a regular basis.
∎ Assist in developing, reviewing and revising the Human Resources Management guidelines defining group policies on employee recruitment, selection, compensation benefits, training & development, discipline and terminations.
∎ Training of Workers on all Compliance related issues.
∎ Calculation and preparation final settlement bills of resigned /left workers.
∎ To arrange fire, Environment, Trade License , Kalkarkhana, ISO and other certifications.
∎ Prepare offer letter or appointment letter with brief working agreement and policies.
∎ Investigate and understand causes for worker absences.
∎ Disciplinary issues as show cause, warning, investigation, termination, dismissal, etc.
∎ Preparing all kinds of Orders, Notices, Notes, etc.
∎ Recommend solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties.
∎ Maintain liaison with govt. non-govt. Chamber, Association and other related authorities.
∎ Data update to HR software.
∎ Assist Head of Admin to formulate recruitment and selection policy of the company and recruit and select right candidates within the right time frame as per manpower planning
∎ Supporting Head of Admin in HR planning, including manpower planning, in line with company organogram and policy guideline
∎ Maintain all personal files and carry out monthly cross check
∎ Maintain close liaison with accounts branch regarding salary, compensation and wages of employees
∎ Liaison with different Institutions & Universities for employer branding and sourcing
∎ Work with organogram development, up gradation and audit
∎ Draft and ensure the advertisement for online and newspaper job posting as per the requirement
∎ Develop and prepare Job Description for available positions as and when required
∎ Prepare and update leave state, yearly increment, salary adjustment and individual salary statement
∎ Prepare and carry out orientation program for new employees
∎ Coordinate with departmental head to assess new requirement type and its validity
∎ Arrange interview date, time, and venue and panel for interview and coordinate accordingly
∎ Arrange the Joining of the selected candidates as per the company HR standard
∎ Sustain congenial work atmosphere and improve relationship between all categories of employees and the management
∎ Receive interdepartmental note, documentation and take actions regarding those issues
∎ Maintain register separately for leave, new employees, insurance, maternity, inter-transfer, show cause, warning and discharge
∎ Maintain dismiss procedure
∎ Assist top management in implementing the reward management system
∎ Prepare monthly reports as assigned
∎ Collect all training needs from the annual appraisals and compile them for assessment of annual training requirement, plan and design annual training calendar for management and other employees/staff and arrange implementation of training program as per the annual training schedule
∎ Update annual training and implement it as per schedule
∎ Maintain and update personal data of all the employees of the Company through HRIS and act as the power user and HR process specialist of the system and establish a databank to facilitate information
∎ Documents/ file/prepare reading materials
∎ Administer payroll of both management and other employees of the organization
∎ Coordinate technical up gradation and project related training and other activities
∎ Ensure and monitor Performance Management as per company policy and standard and assist all concerned to practice the performance appraisal process by preparing and updating necessary documents as and when required within allotted time
∎ Any special assignment provided by the management

∎ Must have sound physical health.
