Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing HR, Admin & Compliance strategies in line with the business plan, labor law industry standard etc.
∎ Liaison with Project Head, Department Heads and manager within the company regarding Business Development & Operations and report to the Top management accordingly.
∎ Promote different HR programs to create an efficient and conflict free workplace.
∎ Managing all the administrative issues including housekeeping, legal events, safety and security of factory.
∎ Administrating different compliance training programs for workers in factory.
∎ Developing and implementing fleet security management, protocol management, transportation management, and other areas of admin and security as and when required.
∎ Performing any kinds of legal assignments given by the management as and when required by the organization.
∎ Maintaining liaison with agencies/organization (Govt./Private)Like BTMC, Compliance auditors, Fire Service & Civil Defense, Labor Office, Environment Office, Local Influences etc.
∎ Developing initiatives to nature a positive working environment reduce absenteeism & turnover through close monitoring, counseling and bridging management employee relations by addressing demands, grievance and discipline & performing issues.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.

∎ Age at least 40 years

∎ Should have good knowledge in Computer Operating (MS Word, Excel, Email)
∎ Proficiency in both written & spoken English
