∎ Partly qualified of CA.
∎ Addition certification on Internal audit, VAT & TAX will get preference.
∎ Must have idea about ERP.

Requirements:

∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
∎ Strong knowledge on VAT and tax related rules and procedures and reporting requirements.
∎ Proficiency in financial software and ERP Systems and advanced Microsoft excel skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead & mentor the accounts & finance team to ensure high-performance & productivity.
∎ Develop, implement and monitor financial planning strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
∎ Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, ethics and regulations.
∎ Analyze the current accounts activity and prepare a productive operation procedure.
∎ Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to maintain high standards of financial integrity and transparency.
∎ Checking all bills, vouchers, local purchases, petty cash books and making payments subject to approval of approver and posting in ERP.
∎ Tax Return submission with justified tax calculation & maintain working relation with VAT Authority.
∎ Liaise with banks for payment instructions and other bank-related issues.
∎ Preparation of daily/ weekly/ monthly payment & collection statements and make report.
∎ Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, cashflow statements and other relevant financial metrics.
