∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in in Accounts and Finance from Reputed University
∎ CA-CC and part qualified candidates will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance, Book keeping, Budgeting, Capital Management, Cash Flow Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing financial documentation, Financial policies & procedures, ensure proper implementation & function of performing documents as per Global and National Standard Procedures and Companies policy;
∎ Preparation of Financial Statements, Reports, MIS, Annual Budget and Forecast cash flow within a target time.
∎ Ensuring Daily and Monthly debit, credit and adjustment voucher entry in accounting software.
∎ Preparing Daily and Monthly Receipts and Payments Statements;
∎ Monitoring and maintaining monthly Inventory Ledger and Report, Sales/Export Ledger , Purchase /Import Ledger, payroll Ledger, Factory and Administrative Overhead ledger and all other necessary Ledgers and Reports;
∎ Preparing and maintaining Bank Reconciliation Statements;
∎ Preparing and Reconciling Bank Loan Statements;
∎ Identifying cost of process & product, establishing standard costing, analyzing the Variance and initiating monthly report;
∎ Drafting and checking various bank proposals, correspondence, notes and other inter-official/third party correspondences etc.
∎ Monitor monthly performance reporting. (Financial Statements and KPI's)
∎ Capability to lead working team all group of accounts department.
∎ Must have experience in finance & accounts of Garments/Textile.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management.
