∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Leadership and Good Communication skill., Business Communication, Sales Marketing in yarn Dyeing Mills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales Marketing Yarn Deying MIlls, Same industry would be most preferable
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall Marketing & Business Development of the company.
∎ Manage the sales & marketing team
∎ Develop Business/sales plan for setting up target on monthly, quarterly and annually basis
∎ Submission of raw yarn and dyes & chemicals requirement to management to in-house raw materials in due time for smooth production and delivery to customers.
∎ Meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing Department
∎ Target fixing and achieving target through team playing.
∎ Increase market coverage & product positioning
∎ Monitor and follow up with buyer /Customer and factory for development.
∎ Maintain and developing relationships with existing and potential customers
∎ Feed back to the management regarding forecasting, sales progress, collection issues.
∎ Develop, implement and monitor strategic marketing plan to achieve company's objective.
∎ Participate in business meeting in factory or corporate house of textiles companies
∎ Manage the marketing team by providing development programs, establishing high performance standards and leading continuous improvement efforts.
∎ Ensure periodic reporting to the management
∎ Responsible for product presentation, enquiry handle, order confirmation, LC issuance from Customer's side, acceptance from LC issuer and customer after sales services
∎ Any other task(s) as and when required by the management.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
