∎ MBA/ Post Graduate in Accounting or Finance from a reputed university,
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Professional qualification, (CA,VAT, TAX, Audit, RJSC) will be an added advantage.

∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Finance Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring day to day activities of the team members.
∎ Overall, in charge of Accounts and Financial Reporting.
∎ Overall monitoring for optimum utilization of Funds and cash Management.
∎ Leading and Training Accounts Team.
∎ Planning and budgeting for Agent
∎ Handling the central bank issues in respect of remittance, permission issues.
∎ Maintaining of company ERP system in a proper manner.
∎ Monitor realization of receivable within the agreed payment deadline.
∎ Monthly auditing of total accounts and reporting to Management.
∎ To review and furnish yearly financial statements for internal & external stakeholders
∎ Adjusting entries for preparation of financial reporting
∎ Liaison with bank & legislative authorities such as Tax/VAT
∎ Follow up receivable collection and balances
∎ To share SOA as and when required.
∎ To ensure TDS & VDS compliance;
∎ To enjoy maximum credit period;
∎ To ensure settlement within credit period.
∎ To ensure all collected monies are deposited in Bank timely
∎ To ensure all encased funds are properly used;
∎ To avoid duplicate issuance of encashment certificate.
∎ To plan & execute the same.
∎ Liaise and collaborate with external auditors
∎ Advance adjustment & recording, cash management and estimating & controlling cash flows,
∎ Preparation of bank reconciliations.
∎ Maintaining of financial record using Cargo aim,
∎ Other works as needed by the management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Reasonable experience in working in SAP/ SAP Implementation,
∎ Very sound knowledge & skill in working in ERP environment, MS Office and different software application,
∎ Applicant who has experience in same trade same department privatized,
∎ Sound knowledge on Taxation, Account finalization, Vendor management & Bank transactions handling. Invoicing, Accounts payable and Accounts Receivables.
∎ Proficiency in the use of Office Management (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point),
∎ Ability to work as a strong team player.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and flexible to work long hours when needed,
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills particularly in Bangla and English,
∎ Should be smart, honest, sincere and punctual,
∎ Leadership Skills & team player, ability to effectively direct and supervise team,
∎ Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions,
∎ Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment and to react with discretion under varying conditions.
