∎ At least 4/5 year(s) Working experience in Freight Forwarding (Import department)
∎ Candidates having work experience only in Freight Forwarding Companies are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
∎ Keep negotiating & supporting based on existing customer’s needs.
∎ Apply rate queries to different agents of different countries based on customer requirements.
∎ Provide the required suitable rate to the customer and keep negotiating to win the business.
∎ Arrange import shipments from worldwide different countries to Bangladesh.
∎ Keep Communicate with the operation team to resolve problems and discover new ways to improve customer satisfaction.
∎ Responsible for Work with BD Customs and carriers for IGM issues or any other difficulties to releasing the cargo.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
∎ Time to time report to the Management.
