Additional Requirements:
  1. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, Finance/ Accounts.
  2. Applicant who has previous experience in Fright Forwarding will be given more priority.
  3. Very sound knowledge & skill in working in ERP environment, MS Office and different software application.
  4. Applicant who has experience in same trade same department privatized.
  5. Sound knowledge on Taxation, Account finalization, Vendor management & Bank transactions handling. Invoicing, Accounts payable and Accounts Receivables.
  6. Proficiency in the use of Office Management (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point).
  7. Ability to work as a strong team player
  8. Ability to work under pressure and flexible to work long hours when needed
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  10. Strong interpersonal and communication skills particularly in Bangla and English.
  11. Should be smart, honest, sincere and punctual.
  12. Leadership Skills & team player, ability to effectively direct and supervise team.
  13. Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions.
  14. Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment and to react with discretion under varying conditions.


Responsibilities & Context:

We are one of the renowned international freights forwarding company looking for a SR Manager for our Accounts & Finance Department who are honest, experienced, focused, energetic, hardworking and dedicated to his works.

Responsibilities:

  • Reasonable experience in working in SAP/ SAP Implementation.

  • To formulate the Financial Strategy time to time.

  • To prepare and deliver various analytical reports as required by the management.

  • To prepare budget guideline and consolidate annual budget at Group level to ensure short term and long-term objectives of the company is met.

  • To assess optimum/ budgeted inventory level and ensure financial control in inventory management.

  • To monitor the Receivable & Payable status of relevant entities time to time.

  • To ensure appropriate accounting posting as posted by each accounting team.

  • To establish control over Fixed Assets and ensure Appropriate Fixed Assets Register in the context of Financial Accounting.

  • To coordinate with other departments regarding all financial matter of the company.

  • To prepare, implement and up to date SOP and create awareness for adherence of the policies.

  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the management time to time

  • Should have Accounts Tally Software Knowledge

  • Daily accounting voucher review.

  • Have to Work with monthly Accounts closing.

  • To maintain company accounts, cash and bank transaction.

  • Responsible for preparing VAT related documents.

  • To analyze actual manufacturing costs and prepares periodic reports comparing budget. costs to actual production costs.

  • Cost Accounting.
