∎ At least 04/05-year(s) work experience in customer service & Documentation (Sea Freight Export).
∎ Candidates having work experience only in Freight Forwarding Companies are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Able to proper H.B/L Indecently.
∎ Must have knowledge to submit S.I for H.B/L through shipping line system.
∎ Person should have strong knowledge Egm Submit, VGM.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Person should have strong knowledge about Customer Service Documentation (Sea Freight Export).
∎ Must be capable to solve any emergency issue with the customer service & Documentation (Sea Freight Export).
∎ Capable to cooperate extensively with customers to clarify their needs with satisfaction.
∎ Capable to work in a team and motivate to team members.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
∎ Time to time report to the Management and related personnel.
