∎ Excellent communication & Team skills.
∎ Must have full knowledge of ERP & Tally Software
∎ Should have sound knowledge in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Presentation, and ERP etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparation of Accounts:
∎ Financial Statements
∎ Management Statement
∎ Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet
∎ Change of Equity Statement
∎ Cash Flow Statement
∎ Depreciation Schedule and all notes the accounts
∎ Calculation of all schedules like Export, Import etc. and check inventory
∎ Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement of export, import, BTB, CD A/c, Overdraft /CC Account and other working capital loan account.
∎ Preparation of various reports as per requirement of the Management, Banks & Government Authority.
∎ Monitoring and Checking day to day banking and cash transaction, arrange to complete the posting the same in accounting software.
∎ Perform as Supervisor of external auditor to different private and public sectors.
∎ Maintaining all books of Accounts
∎ Maintain all Banking related transactions
∎ Maintain all sorts of Banking Records (bank wise) and arrangement for posting the same in the books of accounts so that management can get information at any time.
∎ Draft and handle L/C opening, amendment, retirement, payment and goods release from respective port.
∎ Corresponding with Banks in respect of Loan approval, disbursement and adjustment time to time.
∎ Perform Internal Audit as when required
∎ Preparation and posting Cash Payment & Received, Bank Payment & Received, Contra and Journal Voucher in software.
∎ Prepare Sales Ledger, Customers Ledger, Expenses Leger, and Purchase Ledger into software.
∎ Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
