Educational Requirements:
∎ B.COM /M.COM in Accounting.
∎ BBA/MBA in Accounting.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all accounts related books and documents (Cash book, Ledger, Cheque register, Stock register, Salary register, fixed assets register, Advance register, Bank Reconciliation, procurement register etc.).
∎ Prepared and recorded regular receipts and payment vouchers.
∎ Prepare monthly receipts and payment.
∎ Prepare TAX & VAT related documents.
∎ Check and monitor financial activities, transactions and expenditures.
∎ Fulfill the necessary data and cash collection from the collection team, also maintain the data on an automated daily basis.
∎ Must have knowledge of software-based accounting at garments & textile industry i.e Proficiency in Accounting Software (Tally, ERP Quick Book)
∎ Sourcing and procuring of all raw materials as per requirement of textile & garments sector.
∎ Perform procurement activities such as sourcing of quotations, preparing comparative statement, price negotiation with authentic vendors and placing order as per authority's approval.
∎ Maintain records of all documents related to Purchase & supplier
∎ Ensuring the quality & quantity of the materials purchased from the vendors or suppliers
∎ Collecting delivery challan, VAT challan and file management of those records in the system (software) and manually.
∎ Preparing different types of purchase reports as and when required.
∎ Any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in garments & textile sector.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Balance Sheet, Bank Reconciliation, Key Account Management, Petty Cash management, VAT and Tax.
∎ Age 30 to 40 years.
∎ Accounting, Banking, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax).
∎ Positive, Self-motivated, Honest, Dedicated, detail-oriented & possessing a good memory.
∎ Ability to manage and execute assignments with competing priorities.
∎ Expert knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Pivot Table, and any accounting ERP software.
∎ Proactive problem-solving skills.
∎ A team leader with a high level of dedication.
∎ Capable to handle multiple tasks & able to work under pressure.
