Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Highly experience Retired defense person from Army/Navy/Air (JCO for security officer/NCO for Security In-charge or others battalion will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Security Incharge, Security Officer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor & supervise the overall management of security personnel of the company.
∎ Develop & implement security policies & procedures as per established security manual
∎ Pro-actively ensuring the protection of properties/ assets.
∎ Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employee & visitors.
∎ Making sure that no unauthorized personnel enter into company area.
∎ To train the new security guard and develop security awareness among all security personnel.
∎ Maintain & keep update different types of register (Goods in/out, Guard's duty roster, vehicle in/out, Officer's in/out, visitors etc.)
∎ Ensure proper checking of all types of vehicles with 07 point inspection
∎ Responding emergency situation if any.
∎ Accurately reporting all incidence to superior.
∎ To ensure the security personal are personnel are performing duties sincerely, smartly and dedicatedly and any task assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in Security Manual, Fire Safety and Security Compliance.
∎ Candidates should have minimum 5 years of experience in a reputed group of garments & textile factory or industry in a similar position.
∎ Leadership, Sound Decision Making and Analytical skills are desired

Salary:
