Education:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Management (MBM) in Accounting, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance
∎ Must be Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/CACC.
∎ Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance (PGDAF).
∎ Any reputed university in Bangladesh

∎ Good Experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a managerial role.
∎ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax laws
∎ Skills in auditing & Financial analysis.
∎ Strong problem solving & decision making skills.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proficiency in technology, accounting software and MS Office package.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervising and monitoring all accounting & auditing activities. Knowledge of Statutory Matters like Income Tax, Customs, Excise and VAT related matters and other MIS related reports as and when required by the company.
∎ Manage day-to-day financial operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting for.
∎ Control of Operating Expenses (Office Overhead) - Should take sincere effort to minimize the office admin and operating expenses. Budget Vs. Actual to be prepared on Monthly/Quarterly basis to know the status.
∎ Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to senior management.
∎ Ensure updates of general ledger & records of all accounts payable, receivables, cash receipts and bank transactions.
∎ Responsible for maintaining books of accounts, of the Company like Cash book, Bank Book, General Ledger, Sales Register, Purchase Register and pass necessary Journal Entries, Bank payments etc. as per the due date of the Vendors. Assure that accounting records are prepared and maintained in accordance with the company's accounting policies, chart of accounts and related accounting principles and practice.
∎ To ensure proper documentation control and maintain necessary records with respect to Income tax related issues, TDS, VDS, VAT & AIT etc.
∎ Documents management and preparation related to Customs, C&F, VAT & TAX matters·
∎ To keep the management up to date with all relevant changes in VAT/Tax regulations and their potential impacts on the organization.
∎ Perform internal auditing as well as face external audit.
∎ Supervise on cash counting & finding discrepancy for taking corrective actions.
∎ Preparation of daily cash flow statement, bank reconciliation and yearly accounts, daily bank position statement, daily and monthly Receipt & Payment statement, Financial Statements, Cash management & cash disbursement report and submit to authority.
∎ Prepare various official letters to the Bank and other educational and financial institution.
∎ And others activities provide by management.
∎ Report to management any kind of activities if required.
