Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should be CA/ACCA/MBA/M.CAM in Finance & Accounting from any reputed University or institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execution of Finance & Account's operations complying with company policy.
∎ Improvement of overall finance & Account's process in the organization.
∎ Extract and input data from various sources in accounting systems.
∎ Manage day to day accounting functions including regular cash verification, pay order, bank transection, accounts reconciliation, maintaining income statement and balance sheet, monitoring timely submission of financial report to the management etc.
∎ Maintain inventory system by supervising the record of all productive items & acquisition of fixed assets.
∎ Ensure that the billing and collection schedule is maintained accordingly to support operational requirements.
∎ Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process in accordance with the management conversant with income Tax Laws, VAT, Bank and others regulatory provisions including annual return filing.
∎ Develop and implement "Profitability Improvement Plan".
∎ Prepare plan of action for internal control audit and implement accordingly.
∎ Monitoring total operating cost and interest cost.
∎ Supervise VAT & TAX related matter.
∎ Identify skill and behavioral gap among accounts personnel and take necessary actions.
∎ Ensure honesty and integrity towards the organization and performing all tasks and duties keeping in mind best interest of the organization.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by management as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant who has experience in same trade same department privatized.
∎ Sound knowledge on Taxation, Account finalization, Vendor management & Bank transactions handling. Invoicing, Accounts payable and Accounts Receivables.
∎ Proficiency in the use of Office Management (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point).
∎ Ability to work as a strong team player
∎ Ability to work under pressure and flexible to work long hours when needed
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills particularly in Bangla and English.
∎ Should be smart, honest, sincere and punctual.
