∎ Masters / MBA in Accounting / Finance with honors from Public University and CA (CC) or CA/CMA part qualified or CA/CMA

Job Context:
∎ Business of Company: AUTO RICE Mill.
∎ Job Location: Factory Jessore, Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check & monitor all preliminary vouchers for each & every transaction.
∎ To prepare complete set of financial statements periodically and as & when required and to present the same to the Top management members.
∎ To have can-do attitude and work under pressure.
∎ To have capability & confidence to handle a 15 members' team as the Deputy /Chief, under Tally ERP.9 based accounts maintaining environment of a large manufacturing organization.
∎ To have in-depth sound knowledge of accounts, finance, tax, VAT so as to be able to supervise the whole accounting cycle, that is from the preparation of preliminary voucher to financial statement
∎ To play an effective & important role over the procedures of various purchases.
∎ To have ability to analyze monthly budget of different departments.
∎ To deal with bankers, external & internal auditors, advisers, and other representative bodies, Govt. departments & regulatory authorities.
∎ To have excellent inter-personal & communication skill in all levels and to have strong capacity for negotiation & presentation.
∎ To assist, guide, monitor & to shoot troubles in day-to day operations of the department, assess & provide training needed to the subordinates.
∎ Any other task as/when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
