Job Context:
∎ Business of Company: AUTO RICE Mill.
∎ Job Location: Factory Jessore, Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain smooth supply, delivery system for the Rice Mill.
∎ Up to date stock entry & stock out, product reference update & preparing purchase policy.
∎ Purchase credit arrangement, payment management.
∎ Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements.
∎ performing the purchase functions and its methodology in time to time.
∎ To keep liaison with local supplier.
∎ To work on sourcing, vendor development, and conduct negotiation meeting for purchases quality (Paddy) with competitive price.
∎ To finalize Procurement Plan within estimated time frame.
∎ Ensure the Paddy are bought at the most competitive price and delivered on time for production.
∎ Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers who are aligned with the company's needs.
∎ Paddy purchase according to requirements.
∎ preparing daily/weekly/monthly purchase reports.
∎ Sending daily/weekly/monthly purchase reports to head office.
∎ Developing monthly/ annual procurement plan and budget.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Purchase/ Procurement.
∎ Well conversant on MS office, MS Power Point and E-Mail communication
∎ Ability to work independently and in under pressure
∎ Highly Experiences People education are relaxed.
