Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in Accounting from any public/ reputed private Universities with good academic record.
∎ Candidates having CA (CC) from a reputed firm or CMA (partly qualified) will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare the monthly, quarterly and yearly expenditure statement and accounts
∎ Prepare monthly sales and purchase, inventory and cash flow statement
∎ To prepare Accounts statements (Monthly/Yearly Accounts B/S, P/L,T/B etc)
∎ Convert company's manual accounting system into an automated one using ERP.
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting,
∎ Prepare the yearly budget and monitoring the budget regularly
∎ Ensuring the timely loan installment deposit and postdated cheque monitoring
∎ Prepare daily expenditure summary sheet and cash denomination sheet
∎ Prepare monthly payroll and ensure timely payment as per the appointment letter
∎ Prepare the salary structure of all graded employees of the company
∎ Coordinate with other departments such as Procurement, Export, commercial etc.
∎ Updating the Accounts on a regular basis.
∎ Report financial results to the Managing Director/ Director
∎ Maintenance of accounts in ERP Software.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years working experience in any Agro Based Food & Beverage Company will get more advantage.
∎ Experienced in handling Income Tax and VAT.
