Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Business Administration or EEE/ CSE/ ETE or a related field.
∎ MBA in Marketing or related field will be an added advantage.

∎ Ezzy Group, considers "Management Trainee" as the first leg of the `Executives Cadre` who usually are the quick learners and intellectually rigorous with the capability to grow faster in career to succeed in the future leadership positions with the gaining Of experience over time. Only short listed candidates will be called for an interview.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Master technical features of products and services being sold.
∎ Use client relationship management software to track and analyze sales productivity.
∎ Conduct product demonstrations using public speaking and sales skills.
∎ Research customers' needs and resolves problems.
∎ Visit customers and potential customers to develop relationships, follow up on leads, set grower trials, close sales opportunities and provide technical information.
∎ Meet established sales budget (revenue, profit, expense) goals.
∎ Achieve key metrics (customer visits per weeks, prospect visits per week, trials conducted).
∎ Give technical support in person, by email and phone.
∎ Deliver sales presentations and close sales in a professional manner,
∎ Make product recommendations and presentation to clients, distributors, and industry organizations in order to educate and inform.
∎ Input customer activities, competitive intelligence and industry information daily, using CRM system.
∎ Follow-up in a timely manner to voicemail and email requests from management, peers and other internal and external customers.
∎ Manage major accounts; establishes long-term, ongoing relationships with multiple people in a customer's organization.
∎ Provide feedback to internal teams as well as with sales peers regarding competition, pricing and marketing opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
∎ Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
∎ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
∎ Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Good command over English Language or any certification would be an added advantage.
∎ Age not over 25 years as on 24th February 2021.
∎ Proficiency in Email & Verbal Communication.

Nominated mentors will guide them, coach them and train them on the job to shape up their competence & operational expertise; knowledge and behavioral competences to enable them take up the substantive job as the "Management Trainee" within a regular pay scale on successful completion of the probation period.
