Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA and BBA in Marketing or Finance from any reputed University.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbents are Responsible for Operations Related Activities.
∎ Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Computer skills in MS Office applications. (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point).
∎ Good Interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong leadership abilities.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to go outside Dhaka frequently for factory and market visits.

Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
