∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation in BBA/ MBA/ MBM/ Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing strategies to achieve business goals.
∎ Implementing operational excellence across the company.
∎ Set out road maps business goals.
∎ Ensuring profitability.
∎ Analyzing data’s, market trends to ensure smooth business operation and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations.
∎ Ensure effective and smooth co-ordination between concern departments to support in time.
∎ Manage all day to day operational activities of the respective concern.
∎ Work with and through management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.
∎ Work with other managers to plan and direct the work of the organization.
∎ Help to set policies & evaluate work output.
∎ Attend periodic evaluations.
∎ Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
∎ Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Can work under both corporate & factory environment.
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
∎ Good command in English & Bengali.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation (MS word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) / office automation.
∎ Should have good analytical ability.
∎ Energetic, can do attitude, pleasant personality & hard working.
Salary: Negotiable
