Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Responsible for proper production planning of Stitching to ensure on time delivery.
∎ 2. Responsible for all kinds of Production & KPI related activities.
∎ 3. To maintain the floor cost to the agreed level.
∎ 4. Ensuring timely execution of prepared stitching plan.
∎ 5. To plan and maintain a minimum workforce required by the stitching plan and the forecasted shipment plan.
∎ 6. Responsible to find out root cause and identification of bottlenecks and critical issues and take actions to solve those by realistic actions.
∎ 7. To make proper feeding plans for meeting shipment plans smoothly.
∎ 8. To check the availability of fabric as required by the stitching plan.
∎ 9. Customer demand wise system development in working process
∎ 10. To ensure that all quality parameter are been achieved in production..
∎ 11. To check and verify all required stitching and packing accessories are available as per stitching plan.
∎ 12. To check and maintain record of all Stitching Program Qty. & packing list for shipment.
∎ 13. To ensure that all products been produce as per the set quality standards.
∎ 14. Ensure cost reduction by reducing wastage, rejection, alteration, over production & working extra hour.
∎ 15. Ensure the effective use of workforce as per stitching plan & to take fruitful steps to upgrading sewing Operator's skill.
∎ 16. To achieve continuous improvement quality and productivity.
∎ 17. Ensure all sewing machine operator are well prepared for any new style with required training.
∎ 18. Maintain good working relations with subordinates & workforce in the floor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ positive mentality to handle big volume production floor.
∎ Fluency in English
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
