Job Context:
∎ We are looking for potential Candidate as Management Trainee Officer for our 100 % export oriented Home Textiles production floor, Factory located at Tongi/Gazipur.
∎ Contractual basis appointment.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for proper production planning of Stitching to ensure on time delivery.
∎ Responsible for all kinds of Production & KPI related activities.
∎ To maintain the floor cost to the agreed level.
∎ Ensuring timely execution of prepared stitching plan.
∎ To plan and maintain a minimum workforce required by the stitching plan and the forecasted shipment plan.
∎ Responsible to find out root cause and identification of bottlenecks and critical issues and take actions to solve those by realistic actions.
∎ To make proper feeding plans for meeting shipment plans smoothly.
∎ To check the availability of fabric as required by the stitching plan.
∎ Customer demand wise system development in working process
∎ Ensure quality parameters during production.
∎ To check and verify all required stitching and packing accessories are available as per stitching plan.
∎ To check and maintain record of all Stitching Program Qty. & packing list for shipment.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing wastage, rejection, alteration, over production & working extra hour.
∎ Ensure the effective use of workforce as per stitching plan & to take fruitful steps to upgrading sewing Operator's skill.
∎ Ensure all sewing machine operator are well prepared for any new style with required training.
∎ Maintain good working relations with subordinates & workforce in the floor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ownership & strong leadership ability.
∎ Positive attitude to handle big volume production.
