Job Context
United Feeds Limited (UFL), a sister concern of Meghna Group of Industries, has been producing high-quality poultry, cattle, and fish feeds since 2001. To support growth, UFL is looking for enthusiastic and proactive candidates to join the sales team. The role involves learning the business, supporting sales activities, and visiting dealers, retailers, and farmers under guidance. The incumbent will report to the functional head for daily tasks and responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
Collect and report market information, including competitor products, pricing, and features, to support the supervisor.
Visit dealers, retailers, and farmers under guidance to learn and support sales activities.
Assist in processing orders from the market to ensure smooth product supply.
Work towards achieving sales targets while gaining practical experience in the field.
Support building and maintaining relationships with dealers, retailers, and farmers.
Promote product features and benefits with support from the technical team.
Coordinate with distribution and delivery teams to ensure timely delivery.
Assist in identifying and onboarding new dealers, retailers, and farmers.
Prepare basic reports such as sales, collections, and market observations for the supervisor.
Observe market trends and provide insights to help improve sales strategies.
