Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
∎ Should have GPA 4.5 in both S.S.C and H.S.C.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Following to work in the various sections of production floor like cutting, sewing, finishing, quality assurance and other sections
∎ Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
∎ Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
∎ Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
∎ Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
∎ Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
∎ Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
∎ Preparing documents and updating records.
∎ Learning about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proficient and fluent in English
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and power point
∎ Well behaved and convincing
∎ Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Superb attention to detail.
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented, hardworking;
∎ Strong analytical and communication ability;
∎ Strong leadership skills.
∎ A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Prospective career path (After 06 years` salary will be 60,000/= based on performance with leadership role)
