∎ Minimum graduation (any discipline) from any reputed University with having minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation, Supervision and Monitoring of Microfinance program
∎ Portfolio and financial analysis for investment perspective.
∎ Assist in preparing financial and non-financial reports for lenders and investors.
∎ Fund Management
∎ Periodic reporting.
∎ Regulatory and compliance aspect of operation.
∎ Any other job assigned by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 3 year(s) experience in microfinance operation/Banks/Financial Institution/NGO or relevant field.
∎ Outstanding organization and people management skills.
∎ Must have leadership, managerial and analytical skills
∎ Must have excellent verbal and writing communication skills in English.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ International deployment as an expatriate employee shall be carried on through relevant salary structure.
